Customer service was great, the guy working was really helpful with explaining the differences in materials. He was great with helping me to find shoes as well, and they can order in the specific colours I wanted with no extra cost.

Recently got some work shirts from hip pocket charmhaven with our logo stitched onto the front. We are over moon with how they have turned out and will be ordering more shirts, singlets and jumpers to come.

I've always been happy with my purchases at Hip Pocket.I continue to shop with them for their quality of service and friendly attitude.

Advertises that they’re open on Sundays from 10am. Waited till 10:20 and still closed. Ended up at Totally Workwear on Tuggerah Straight where I spent my $500 and was cheaper too

Asked for quote for uniforms and asked for it to be sent to the work provider as they were paying on 6th Dec 2022 . I was told would have before the new year great . Heard nothing so about 20th January 2023 went and spoke to see what was happening told that quote was not sent and saying that the man I spoke to had not done anything I informed that I spoke to 2 females not male still insisted that I spoke to a male and not listening to me blamed someone else for not doing what was asked finally had order sent even then not email correctly as work provider paying over phone and not getting paperwork so rang to find sending to wrong email.CONCLUSION: If you are a male and want to order, expect to be treated as a second-class citizen because even halfway through paying on the phone, wanted to cancel to take payment from a female customer. I would advise their are other places that would love your business and make you feel a valued customer.

Couldn't be happier with how helpful these guys were. I was able to buy all new work gear for my hubby including his Favorite FXD gear. Staff were so great.

Went in to get another pair of KingGee work shoes (as I killed my last pair) the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Ordered in the shoes I wanted, text me as soon as they arrived in store, greated me by name when I returned to pick them up. Keep up the great work guys.
