Never have I ever experience such poor behaviour from an adult man. For reference I am a 28 year old woman and was alone with this person to begin with. I was sworn at more then once, belittled and completely stared at - to the point I had to get my partner to come an meet me as I was made to feel that unsafe and uncomfortable. By the way this is a “security guard” of this company- someone that is meant to protect people and make them feel safe. If you care about your business and event- DO NOT use this company. Completely rude, unprofessional individuals.

This was the worst example of unprofessional service I have ever seen. At the event, a person on the gate swore at me under her breath because I was struggling with purchasing tickets for the event. I had no idea that tickets were to be purchased beforehand. I didn’t see that on any advertising. I was spoken to in a condescending manner.When I rang to file a complaint, the attitude only got worse. It was suggested that it wouldn’t have happened had I bought tickets prior to the event.I have a disability and rarely venture out to any gathering, therefore I had no experience with online purchases at all. The female I spoke to when I made a complaint made it abundantly clear that the whole situation was my fault. It was not! She said to me ‘what do YOU want me to do about it then?’ Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour from both women. Birds of a feather flock together I guess!!!
