Dropped car in first thing Monday morning.I didn't have appointment so I was told a couple of days.Dropped it in for howling noise.Worst decision ever.I was told cv boot and struts!Needless to say 6 days later I can finally pick up car 6 days later cofused about the lack of communication when reading receipt for $915!Cv boot not done at all bearing noise but was never communicated to me during the 6 day's.Although I didn't book in.. this is plenty of time to make time to alott a time to communicate what is wrong and what truly needed doing.They did communicate cv boot was being delivered 2 days ago but has not been done when I was advised of pick up.Obviously the reviews are from people they know.Bearing issues and leaking cv boot are not simple things to miscommunicate on!I even called them days ago to let them know furntree gully had and could get cv boot.Do yourselves a favor people Don't go here for real mechanical work.Now I'll have to pay more to get the job done.More time more money.More over I was quoted for 8 which includes the non existent cv boot!PsCar also came back with no engine cover so I proceeded to take photos and have requested its return as it's clear its fresh removal.I'll keep updating with their communication on this matter .Jesse called me onc this entire time!!!Asking me to bring car back to do cv boot on him and take review down!!!If Jesse says front end was mentioned which is an absolute lie...I had someone with me privy to our conversation on what was going on and what I was expecting.Front end was never mentioned or on receipt of things checked!

I had a meltdown after the son in law put petrol in my diesel car. Had the car towed to this business and they were just incredible. So pleased with the work and the price. Can't recommend highly enough. Great guys as well. Thank you!

Top Service. The guys there take great care of the car. New or old they endeavour to learn about your car as to how to maintain and service it. My 3rd car with them now and happy with their continuous work.

Recently took my car here on a recommendation from someone else, they had my car for 5 days , no communication on there behalf, I did all the calling, they admitted they didn't want to fix it, nor did they have the man power to do so. They are mechanics that's their job..didn't even put back the cover that sits on the engine it was left loose near the radiator.. I would never go here again nor would I recommend them to anyone else, the worst customer service. Laughing while they explain what they think is wrong.
