Evoke Early Learning

Both of my babies started at Evoke from 6 months old. The love and care they were both shown by staff was incredible, they became an extension of our family and close friends to us all. I couldn't recommend this centre more for their care, their educators, their staff and the overall experience my children had with them

We absolutely love evoke. Our children have tried other day cares & nothing has felt as close to home than Evoke. We were referred to the centre and haven’t looked back since! All the educators & staff are approachable and all communication is thorough. From the playground to the activities to the events even to the menu the kids have everything is amazing. We are so grateful to have a centre & safe place where we don’t even need to think about how our kids are doing during the day as we know they are getting the best care & come home so happy and can’t wait to go again! ❤️

Recently transferred my son to Evoke Early Learning Centre. Best decision I’ve ever made, they go above and beyond to make not only myself but my son feel at home. Incredible centre director, admin staff and educators. I highly recommend Evoke!!

Unless others we had a bumpy experience with Evoke so far. Day one when I took my son to the centre, the educator asked me to leave my 4 months old baby on the carpet and leave. She mentioned that’s what all parents do! They put the wrong blanket on him which was not breathable and according to Red Nose may cause SIDS.His bottles were left unwashed with milk residue in them and they didn’t know that they needed to sterilise his bottles. They bought a steriliser and changed the blankets for him however. They were some issues with feeding him as well. A four months old baby needs milk every 3-4 hours while they were days that he only had 180mm or less the whole day!They mentioned that they are trying different things but the baby gets distracted and doesn’t drink.A month or two after starting my little baby contracted a highly contagious virus called HMPV. We were at the hospital more than a week and he was under oxygen. Covid 19 picked up at the centre at the same time and they rejected my request for providing air purifier to the room noting that they take the children outside. It was winter and my son was still recovering from the previous illness and needed to be kept warm and protected from the elements due to wheezing and lungs inflammation (bronchiolitis). He contacted another virus in between again a couple of times . We decided to change him to casual enrolment because he was getting sick constantly and due to the previous conditions he needed a good recovery period. My son’s recovery took another 4 months and my parents had to fly to Australia to give us help. We were panicking seeing him at the hospital again. Finally after 4 months he was good enough to go back to daycare. First day back the centre charged us extra $700-800 because of some re-enrolment issues which according to Centerlink should not have happened. Daycare staff mentioned it was because we didn’t sign him off before going on sick leave for the period that he was away. This issue is not addressed yet. Daycare staff mentioned they are trying to address it. 2 weeks beck to daycare he contacted common cold and RSV. We stayed at the hospital again … then the daycare told us they don’t have capacity for casual reservations although they initially mentioned there is no problem with this. We discussed to book him in advance and confirming on each Monday. This system is also not working because it sounds like they are struggling to manage the bookings and they mentioned they need to hire extra staff for him while if he doesn’t go to daycare then they don’t have to?! Anyway … we are feeling upset and perplexed. Previously I used to email them discussing the issues but the centre asked me to stop emailing. I thought maybe posting here gets us heard better.

I am a working mother/ surgeon and Evoke Clayton (Previously Nido Clayton) provided excellent care for all 3 of my babies for the last 7 years. This is a particularly exceptional childcare centre with experienced and compassionate staff, marvellous infrastructure for the children to learn through play in all weather conditions and responsive management. We short listed 12 centres and visited 6 prior to deciding on Evoke Clayton and we know we have made the best choice for our precious children.

I couldn’t be happier with the love and care Mandy and her staff give to my grandchild. The centre has such a warm and friendly feel and the staff are always smiling. If I could rate this early learning centre a ‘10’, I absolutely would.

Our kids have been going to Evoke and we couldn’t recommend a daycare more than them. From the educators to the management we couldn’t hope for a more loving and caring team.To know that when we send our kids to Evoke we have the trust and confidence that they will be cared for in the best possible way.There are some very special people at Evoke and they know who they are. They are family to us and and given the best start to our children’s lives and we couldn’t appreciate them more.

What a lovely centre! From the facilities to the educators and carers that have made my sons time there a fun-filled learning experience - we can't thank you enough! An all round centre offering sports incursion, dedicated art lessons, nutritious meals, and a considered learning curriculum based on children's interests at the forefront of learning , just to name a few! Thank you to the amazing management and admin team who shower him with love and care every time and to the teachers and educators he has built an amazing bond with. We see you and appreciate all that you do for the children.

We have been using Evoke Childcare for our child for over 2 years now. The service we receive is amazing and our son has learnt a lot from the teachers. The teachers are very knowledgeable and know how to teach the children according to their age, ability and specific needs. The personal attention given by each teacher is top class.Our child has learnt so much and had become more independant. It made us feel comfortable to leave our son at this centre and now he enjoys coming every day. We have never felt better about leaving him in someone else's hands. Definitely recommend this centre to everyone!

Recently went to Evoke Early Learning centre with my friend as moral support to enrol her child for the coming year.We both found that they offered so much more than just ‘daycare’We met with Mandy who is totally in touch with programs offered and the needs of the children. Any concerns my friend had soon disappeared.Mandy gave us a tour of the facility which definitely had a safe environment feel and all the kids there looked happy!
