Had South QLD Airconditioning attend to investigate a leak from a split-system air-con unit and was quoted approx. $150 over the phone. On the day I was then charged $254 and the system was not at all fixed. I was charged a higher hourly rate then initially advised and also charged questionable expenses like $50 worth of ‘drain cleaner’.Followed up a quote for further repairs on two separate occasions but even over a month later it has not been sent.I found the technician did not listen to info provided, example - He kept insisting the wall had to be cut to access the condensation pump when I told him multiple times it was in the ceiling because I had checked on it ahead of time.I’d recommend anyone looking for honest and competent service to take their business elsewhere as I will have to do to get the issue fixed.

I've had South Qld Air Conditioning supply and install new Actron Air ducted systems in both my house and office over the past couple of years, and would highly recommend them for excellent customer service and workmanship. They also do my ongoing maintenance of both ducted systems and an existing split system. My power bills in the office have dropped over 40% mainly due to the new more energy efficient unit. I'd highly recommend South Qld Air Conditioning as a very trustworthy company to look after all your air conditioning needs.

I've used South Qld Air Conditioning many times to regularly clean my aircons and have done a great job. Recently we had to replace and install a new unit in our lounge.
