Telstra Indooroopilly

Made an appointment for 2:00 PM. Arrived on time and after checking in with the store manager they asked me to wait. After 20 minutes waiting, the manager came to me and told me that my issue could not be handled by the store. When I asked him why he had made me wait for 20 minutes for that he asked me to leave the store!! When I politely insisted on asking why the wait, he got really agitated and rude and said, “this is the second time that I am asking you to leave the store”. All in all, I was treated in an unpolite, disrespectful and rude manner and I will never again bring my business to this store. Should Telstra educate the managers as for the proper way to treat customers? I will not disclose the name of the person here because, unlike him, I have standards but will provide the following data: it was the “Assistant Store Manager” on duty on the 26/July 2022 at 2:00pm, in case Telstra upper management wants to have a quite conversation with this employee.

Went in to find out about mobile plans and were very helpful

Rude and not helpful.No point discussing further. Your staff only wants to chat amongst themselves and not actually interested in working - ie providing any service or advice. Cut me off before the conversation ended when I was thanking him, didn’t even maintain eye contact.

Walked in, 7 staff in total, 2 helping 2 customers. Waited at the counter while I was studiously ignored while the 4 staff talked amongst themselves or on the phone. The last staff member came out of a back room, looked at me blankly and then ignored me. One guy said, “someone will be with you shortly”, then they all went and hid out back except for the guy who had looked at me blankly and continued to ignore me.I gave up and left. Don’t even bother.

The only downside was the wait. Otherwise I had no complaints! The staff were all lovely and accomodating. Mitch was fantastic! He listened to what I needed and worked with me to find the best solution and plan that suited my individual circumstances. A fantastic store!

Just lost a sale on a new iPhone for the day. Obviously don’t want the business. Phone died today and needed to know this a week in advance to be able to make an appt to get a new one.Appalling service.

Zero stars - Paid for 5G and have a 4G I phone14 and they cant fix it and dont care. Staff are limited in ability and can only call the call centre like you can from home. They removed my physical sim and loaded an Esim without telling me.

Not helpful in anyway. Made me put down my name and waited 2 hours for them to call me so I could switch from optus. They told me I needed to deal with a Telstra business center. You would think the person who took down my details to call me when it was my turn would have told me this. Dysfunctional and a lost case. Stay away, you will only waste your time with them.

Was looked after very well by Sid. Great, fast and efficient service. Had a good laugh as well. Thank you to his help.
