They can’t fix their own mistake ie double booking a nurse and then making you have to wait 2 weeks before anyone can see you again leaving you with no choice or options. Staff are also rude and have poor communication between them and patients!

How anyone could complain about this practice is beyond me. The admin staff are always courteous and helpful. The professional staff are thorough competent and caring. Special thanks to Josh Saunders who is an exceptional practitioner as fas as I am concerned.
