Nice day massage
I've been going to Allan for about 2 years now and cannot speak highly enough of him. It's a quiet, relaxed environment and always walk out of there feeling a lot better. He knows which areas need work without having to explain too much. Give him a go, you won't regret it!

Nice day massage
Allen really knows his stuff. For me he gives remedial massage, but he also offers other types. He is very in tune with the body and can easily tell any areas of concern. He is knowledgeable when it comes to the body’s structure & the intricacies of the muscles, and will also be able to talk to you about what he can feel and see is happening. He will also make suggestions around what he feels will benefit you. (In my case he strongly encouraged me to go back to the gym, and talked to me about my sleeping and eating.) He also offers dry needling.The place itself is also very nice, clean & comfortable.

Nice day massage
I've been visiting Allan at Nice Day Massage since they opened, and have tried nearly everything they do.I sit at the computer a lot video editing for work, so my shoulders and back get pretty tight.Allan's been incredible at really getting and opening me back up because I also use a lot of camera gear for work and put a lot of pressure on my back/shoulders to lift cameras.He does hot stone, deep tissue massage, and cupping (my favourite).They're upstairs in the Cannery, so if you need a massage in your lunch break book ahead! It's so good.Thankyou Allan!

I love my weekly treatment at Nice Day Massage. My body feels relaxed and ready for the week ahead. I highly recommend seeing Allen, especially if you have any old injuries that need attention - my neck and back haven’t felt so good!

Very relaxing, but also strong and effective massage, probably the best massage place I visited so far. Allan is very friendly and a great massage therapist. After I left the massage, I felt super relaxed and revitalised. I will definitely visit again. :)

Amazing remedial massage work. I've been suffering from extremely painful migraines and headaches radiating from neck issues. After my massage my head felt so much lighter and my neck mobility improved. This will definitely be my go to for any remedial work going forward!

Allan is such a good massage therapist. He gets in really deep, without causing pain. I always feel so much better afterwards. Both my husband and I have been to him multiple times, and we will no longer go anywhere else.Book ahead as it is generally not a place you can get into as a walk-in as he is usually booked out.

Nice day massage
Allan is fantastic, I’ve now been a couple times and recommend him highly. He is able to pinpoint where there is a lot of stress/tension and focus in on those areas. I leave feeling 10x better than when I walked in, thank you. Also booking is a breeze and he’s happy to accommodate a last minute booking - see you again soon!
