This has been my favourite Thai restaurant for many years. The food is always delicious, arrives at the table hot and is beautifully presented. The menu is varied but also has all the “old faithful” dishes. Remember to book as the venue is very popular. Staff are so welcoming. A touch of Thailand on our doorstep in Melbourne. Treat yourself

Tonight my whole family dined in at Sumalee . The restaurant was packed to capacity proving how popular and amazing the food is . We have been to many restaurants around Melbourne but this one stands out from the rest . The authenticity of each dish was so tasty and presented in a special way . Everything was delicious. Thank you for the great food.

Nice fusion Thai food at reasonable price. We did not book ahead but was able to dine at the few outside tables. Casual and relaxing. Food was nicely presented. Didn't get the chance to try the wine though..next time.

Sumalee's service and food are outstanding. The big serving sizes and beautiful food presentation are a bonus.My family of 5 ordered 1 entrée, 5 main dishes, and some rice and we demolished them all. Not a single grain or drop was left on our plates because every dish was just so delicious. My favourite was the Massaman Lamb Curry - the lamb fell off the bone and was so tender, and the curry was very flavourful.The staff here are so kind and took really good care of us.I recommend booking in advance as it gets crowded even on the weekdays.

It was delicious we got the lamb Massaman curry and cashew chicken! Both were delicious and the service and environment were very welcoming! I only got to take one photo because it looked too delicious to wait!
