We currently run a number of inner city projects through Thallon Mole Group. We were drawn to TMG through their attention to detail, ultimate presentation and quality of their completed projects. Before appointing TMG we did our own research and reviewed numerous completed projects (without the knowledge of TMG). We were thoroughly impressed. Most of our projects are conditioned by council to retain the original character buildings. TMG are experts in treating with the original fabric of the older buildings and incorporating it into beautifully designed architectural outcomes. I have had the displeasure of living across the road from a house that these “builders” are currently building.From my experience you will not be welcomed once you move in, as their employees are very rude, rubbish is left blowing around your neighbourhood for almost two years, they are very very disrespectful towards women, they constantly block your street illegally, but don’t think about contacting one of the owners as Bruce Mole will just blame someone else. What he doesn’t understand is that the sub contractors and delivery drivers are paid by him and hence under is control.In my opinion do not use this builder especially if you value the street and neighbours you are moving into.
