Manu is without a doubt the best hairdresser I've ever had. I have followed him around 3 salons in Sydney and couldn't be more delighted to now see him at his own boutique! He's attentive, honest, super-skilled and a great listener. He always takes the time to get to know you and exactly what look you want. I often have new ideas for my hair that I'm not entirely sure about - Manu will recommend honestly what will suit me and delivers a colour and style I'm comfortable with every time! On top of that, ByManu is a beautiful and relaxing space, and the organic products he uses leave your hair feeling amazing.

Manu is a pro, I know I'm safe in his hands. He's the best I've come across in Sydney - probably in the world actually. His cute salon is very relaxing and I awlays look forward to my haircut!

What an ambience Manu has created in his new saloon in Darlinghurst! Always so professional and welcoming. Not only do you get a sensational haircut, you have an experience! The all natural sustainable products he uses are exceptional.

I have followed Manu from salon to salon over many years. He has a natural talent, an ability to listen, advise and ultimately create the style and colour that works for you. Manu takes your lifestyle into consideration when creating a cut, and he colours your hair to look natural and optimise it's beauty.The salon is intimate and exudes his french style, you can catch up on work (or chat) as his appointments are generally made individually.He is a kind, funny - occasionally cheeky guy that is always a pleasure to catch up with.

I had a fantastic experience getting a french balayage with Manu! He really listened to my requests, understood what I wanted and executed to perfection. The result turned out very soft and natural, yet very chic. I'm so happy! The whole intimate salon experience was lovely too, very relaxing. Thanks again Manu, can't wait to be back.

Manu is fantastic and an ultra skilled hairdresser. I have regularly come to the salon for highlights, balayages, haircuts and even recently a transformation, I have always looked fabulous! He draws on his unique French technique and he really listens to customers. I also love spending time in the salon, it is cozy, elegant and warm: a place where I feel being pampered when I need a break from the busy life!
