The staff are the most friendly you will ever find any where l always go there

As an avid fan of BP fuel stations, this one is a gem. The staff love to come out and help fuel up my car, there is something communal - almost primal- in the way we together manhandle the writhing fuel nozzle and argue against each other as to who gets the honours of filling up my tank.'I insist,' they cry.'No, no, let me,' I reply, trying to wrest back control.'Sir, please.''Do you think me me, unable?' I scream, 'Weak, like one of those city slickers?' my knees shaking together at the weight of the fuel hose, even with them carrying most of it, my eyes squinting form the sever lack of LCD screen and teeth furry from single black long shot coffee withdrawals.'Not at all sir, we just believe in good old fashioned service.'What can a man say to that? Nothing. After one more half-flung attempt to gain control of the hose I slink off inside to await their triumphant return. The assortment of sunglasses and VHS tapes in store should be archived in the Royal Museum, but it really goes to show just how old fashioned their service is.

July 2022: BP Deloraine staff member was super friendly and helpful, fuel was $199.9L which is the same as greater Hobart, so it was a shock that being such a remote location, that the owners weren't attempting to overcharge. They have restrooms, but they don't look like they've had a deep clean in decades. Surfaces were clean, but the sink had old stains that didn't budge.

Traditional old SERVICE Station.Full driveway service. Old school building. Clean. Internal toilet.Friendly staff. Limited bowser access when busy. Well stocked auto and convenience store inside.

Spent over $100 in fuel in less than 2 days with you, used your car wash, yet you complained to me about using 1.5m (at most) of paper to wipe the edge of the door jam? I've used bp fuel the last 20 years and never have I been told not to use the paper roll.Well done mate, very good example of the Deloraine hospitality. I'll go fill up down the road at the United or Shell at a cheaper price.

EVERY TIME I have turned up at 8am on a Sunday the store is shut, lights out and no one in sight. The sign on the door CLEARLY states that you open at 8am.This morning I waited, and the person (who claimed to be the owner) drove in at 8.15am. I pointed out to him the sign on the door. His excuse? There is a 24 hour self serve pump on site. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I didn't just want petrol, I NEEDED oil! But that is not the point.He wanted to argue that the self serve pump was available 24/7. I couldn't get through to him that that was not the point. When a business displays their opening hours on the front door, that is like a garentee that they will be open at those times and not a minute later! I was late for work! BAD ATTITUDE mate! Never coming back!

One of those rare places left where you still get driveway service by staff who are genuinely happy to see you.
