The workers do not believe in using salt.When ordering, extra salt was requested and reflected this on the receipt. The two teenager girls packaging the food didn’t apply a single grain…When waiting to request salt, I had to wait five minutes whilst they stood and chatted while pouring a single frozen drink.When I finally spoke to them, they looked shocked at the thought of adding salt to the chips…The only salt they applied was to my popcorn chicken.If you like plain chips, incompetent employees and over salted chicken, come by.

I ordered a fill up box. They did not informed me there was no wicked wings and potato gravy. Instead of letting us know they just packed me two breast piece of original chicken and tub of gravy. Chips was soggy everything about the KFC was gross. The counter and inside the store was filthy. If the health inspector went to visit them around 3:30pm they will definitely failed. KFC Macarthur Square is 3 times better than the Campbelltown Mall.

They Mucked up the order and had to reorder. 3-4 min wait time was not an issue. Ordered the zinger box and hot and spicy tender. Nothing hot and spicy about the tenders anymore. Used to be good but it’s lost the hot and spicy bit. The singer was horrid. The chicken was over fried and tasted like dry cardboard. They need to pick up there game.

I had an online offer but the app as usual was not allowing me to redeem it. Talked to the person at the counter. She immediately talked to the store manager, and he made sure that I get what I was offered. Foodwise I don’t expect much from any KFC, it’s just when I need to grab something real quick. I found this store in particular is simply Efficient!

The staff are always nice but my goodness are they slow/disorganized. Kid you not, on every visit here my wait time can range between 30-40mins, even if I am the only customer being served at that time. Only reason I don't walk off is I see the staff are trying their best and will always compensate for the delayed service. Perhaps more training or leadership is needed? Food is average, nothing special. Though the Wicked Wings are a generous size, so that's a plus!

The chicken was BURNET and there was no salt on my chips I highly don't recommend getting a 3 piece meal again if they're gonna keep messing it up.Not happy

After waiting 15 mins to be served, we were informed they didn't have bacon or enough popcorn chicken. The staff member wasn't very happy to be at work and the tray full of chicken looked like it been sitting there for a few hours

Comparing to other KFCs this KFC doesn't serve fresh food i guess. Even the foods are fresh they don't look appealing i dont know why. I always get wicked wings and they are always not as good as KFC Campbeltown (outside of the mall). They should improve on their food quality also the sauces taste old too.
