Harmony Jade

I just graduated from Harmony Jade's High Performance Hive group coaching program and it was exactly what I needed! When I signed up, I was feeling lost with my personal and business goals and didn't know what direction I wanted to go in. I was playing small, suffered with fear of failure and fear of judgement resulting in not taking action and low self-worth.By the end of the coaching program, I have gained SO much more self confidence and self-trust. I have taken a side hustle and turned it into a profitable second business, I overcame my fear of judgement and was featured on media sites and national TV, and landed dream opportunities.I especially loved having the Hive community and meeting weekly with the other women. We laughed, cried and cheered each other on - it was beautiful to have us all come together and genuinely care about each other and support one another.No matter where you are in your journey, you can benefit from this program! The skills and tools Harmony teaches within THPH I can take with me into the future to help me accomplish even bigger goals.Thank you Harmony!

I had such an amazing time at the retreat, it was so lovely to be surrounded by like minded women who are striving for their personal best. Super nourishing and therapeutic especially the yoga!

Booking with Harmony was made so easy and simple, she was so friendly, her class catered to the needs of a very diverse group of people. Her class was easy to follow, relaxing but also just that little of bit of a challenge that we were after. Harmony also finished with a tarot pull which we LOVED! Harmony's House of Yoga is more than just yoga. It is a place for women to feel comfortable doing yoga with others. I am no Yogi and I prefer to do Yoga in my own home but Harmony creates warmth, love and safety in her sessions. And she is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Harmony - you were born to Heal. Thank you for my retreat experience - I will never forget it.

I’ve just completed the High Performance Hive program with Harmony. It’s a 12-week online course where Harmony, and the other supportive ladies in the group, met every week.I really struggle with mum guilt and finding time for myself. Harmony found ways for me to break through this feeling. It was a challenge at first, but I’ve come out the other end and feel so good. I’m now finding time to do the things I enjoy doing without feeling guilty.I’ve also gone on one of Harmony’s day retreats, which was also amazing and relaxing.I highly recommend everything Harmony does, she’s amazing!
