Great place! Was very impressed with the comfort and spaciousness of Studio 35, with indoor and outdoor spaces. Heated so very comfortable during -2degC overnight. Own kitchen with equipment and very very private. Parking on street but very safe with bolted gate at front. Opposite beautiful gardens for a lovely walk in Autumn with all the changing leaves. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spacious and moden. Stayed in the studio unit in Simpson St. Opposite Cooke Park. Small car parking area inside gate. Plenty of street parking.Quite area. Close drive to main shopping area. Could walk if you want too.

Very nice studio apartment suited to couple. Has bathroom and kitchenette with cooking facilities. stayed April 2019 during Food & Wine Week and was reasonably priced. Quiet location opposite park with easy plentiful on street parking. Fairly new, so fittings and ambience is fresh and modern. Small outdoor courtyard for smokers or getting some midday sun. Private entrance and studio itself is private. excellent free WiFi. Overall highly recommended, and easy communication with owners

My husband and I enjoyed 2 nights in one of the Studios. It was in a quiet yet convenient location with a short walk to town. The studio was cozy and warm. The management was friendly and helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this marvellous house. The house is of generous proportions, thoughtfully decorated and fitted out. The beds are very comfortable. The back grassed courtyard garden was wonderful as it attracted the sun all day. The children loved eating out there, dancing and playing. The house is in a great location, just opposite a beautiful park and walking distance to the centre of town. We would stay here again without question.

Excellent, bright and well designed and appointed studio. Its a very spacious and located right opposite beautiful Cook Park. Easy walking distance to central Orange with nice cafes and places to eat. Helpful owners made arrangements easy. Will definitely come again.
