I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the repair services recommended by AAMI, particularly Capital S.M.A.R.T. Following an accident two years ago, AAMI directed me to this repair shop for the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, as time passed, the subpar quality of their work became increasingly apparent.One of the issues I encountered was with the repaired fender, which started coming out. Upon closer inspection, it became evident that the front bumper had been attached using adhesive instead of proper repair techniques. Recognizing this as a quality issue, I promptly contacted AAMI to address the problem and find a suitable resolution.AAMI advised me to revisit Capital S.M.A.R.T to have the issue rectified. Accordingly, I returned to the repair shop and explained the situation. To my disappointment, they claimed that I had been involved in another accident. Their basis for this assumption was solely the presence of scratches on the side marker and front lip of my car.However, it is important to note that these scratches were actually from the initial accident and were not addressed during the previous repair process. I pointed out this discrepancy, but they persisted in asserting that the side marker and front lip had been replaced.Given my experience, I would caution anyone directed to Capital S.M.A.R.T by AAMI to consider alternative repair shops.Fortunately, I was able to get this fixed by another repair shop after 2 months of going back and forth with AAMI.

Both reception staff and mechanics were kind and helpful - car was fixed quickly and to a high quality.

I usually do not like to give people reviews, as it is not nice. But when a car has to go back 3 times due to lack of skill repair is disappointing and call customers liers when it was the area that was repaired. A blind man could do a better job

Quality of work and service is a BIG ZERO!I went to pick up my car today - have experienced the poorest service. I had my car “repaired” through AAMI insurance. When I arrived to pick up my car - I checked my car - I noticed that not much has been fixed. The bumper was just repainted in one tiny corner the scratch marks were still there and there was still glass in the headlight, a piece of plastic under my headlight was all scratched and I was able to removed it with my two fingers. When I opened the car I have found brand new part that has been “forgotten” to be put on said the staff member. The part was taken away from me which I insisted in getting back, when I got it back the staff members walked me to my car not allowing me to take photos - which I did anyway as I am paying for this & have spoken to someone higher for my evidence. I have contacted my insurance and got in touch with an ombudsman send photos through while at their premises - before driving the car out. I asked them if the bumper has been taken off to check for internal damage as I knew there is internal damage - they said “there was no need”. There is a 2cm gap between the headlight and bumper on the right side. They offered to order a new headlight - once I come back from overseas. Such a poor and careless service, they taking the money of the insurance but have not done their job. It is very sad as people like myself are paying for this! I experienced anxiety in the car as I felt unsafe driving this car and the man I dealt with Dion & Nick were extremely rude, careless and just wanted me to leave. This matter will be taken further now but For anyone wanting to take their car to capital smart airport west - don’t trust them, waste your money and time! Worst service and worst repairers! This place should be shut down if this is what they do to people. Very disappointing!

Very friendly and helpful reception. Very professional despite being super busy. They will try to get my car fixed before Xmas.

My car went in for repairs at Capital S.M.A.R.T. Airport West and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team.From the time I dropped my car off until pick up (only 1 week later) I received top class service by the lovely ladies at Reception and by Dion, who repaired my car.They were informative, professional and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend the team and repairs.

Recently had my 98 Ford el left front panel and bumber repaired and sprayed.The service i received from the management and staff was of excellent kindness,sincerity and helpful to a degree I cannot fault any shape or form they were of the highest standard I would certainly give Capital S.MA.R.T.
