The staff at the store were very helpful, and obtained a good price for washing machine. Delivery on Saturday morning, very professional and very quick, moved in and out with old machine promptly.

11.35 am sunday Easter morning t visited SMEG rep at the diaplay centre pathetic customer service- will never recommend anyone. . The staff asked us to go away- we spent $16 000, went for more guidance but this staff was veryRude. This staff should not be in the customer service. Disgrace to any company. After being rude ' the odesity to ask why we were getting upset with his behaviour. He didn't seem to be happy that a customer was there to be served. Wonder how he hit this job. I left unsatisfied and talong mu 16, 000 sale elsewhere which was for my new house I'm building.

In store at Essendon and have been waiting 20 mins for someone to serve me. Lady on front desk called for customer service but no-one has come. Very poor service Rob.

BRILLIANT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICESWe have used E&S for a number of renovations and are always very impressed with the service. There is no hard sales push -just good advice. They will store your purchases until your builder / tradesperson is ready to install.The floor staff are very knowledgable about the range they sell.

WOW ! What an incredible experience, order a washing machine online, within an hour received a personal update from a real employee, managed the delivery took the old machine extremely helpful lovely staff all round, and top it off the product was $100 cheaper than the competitor.Bravo E & S
