they could not comprehend that the ADOPTED 1 year baby i brought in was reference number 1 on his medicare card. medicare has not sent us his medicare card but gave us his medicare number + details. i told the staff ALL of this.they kept asking for the medicare reference number of the adopted baby and i kept having to say he is number 1." -- about ten times.not even joking-- the woman and older gentleman took turns asking

I'm a regular now at this pharmacy. When Chemist Warehouse couldn't fill my script during COVID because of importation issues, the owner of the pharmacy went out of his way to source an alternative pill brand with the same ingredients and ordered in a box especially for me. I was so grateful for this because 4 other pharmacies, including Chemist Warehouse told me to go back to my Dr. and change pills.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for about 30 year and never had a problem. John and his staff are always helpful and efficient. John has special knowledge of diabetes and has helped my partner enormously. They are non judgemental and always supportive. Even though I have moved away, I still drop in occasionally.

The reason I keep coming back to this Pharmacy is because of their excellent service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend! John Silverii takes the time to help and discuss all options when it comes to medication especially for myself being a diabetic, great knowledge and information shared if you have diabetes.
