I was training for half marathon and ended up with injuries in right foot and was struggling to recover from it. That is when I decided to check with Jonathan (Physio) at Allied Health Care. Jonathan was quite helpful in giving me physio exercises to gradually improve the strength in my right foot. He recommended great exercises and tweaked them based on my progress. After consulting him for 2 months+, I was able to get back to my long runs training and ended up finishing Sydney half marathon as well! Wanted to thank Jonathan and the team at Allied Health care to help me get back to long runs!

Tony was very good and thorough with his evaluations. Gave constant feedback and opinions actually engaged in conversation asking what I thought might be wrong. Very great overall experience and will be back again if any future injuries were to arise.

Really good experience.Went to see then with a torn calf muscle. They were very helpful in initially setting up a moon boot for support, as well as developing an exercise plan to restore strength and flexibility. Friendly staff and easy to make follow up appointment.

I have been going to complete Allied for over 3 years. They have always been great. Samson, my current physiotherapist, has seen him 2 times for physiotherapy, I would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a physiotherapist or looking to have him be a part of any company. His experience, professionalism, compassion, and his duty of care for his clients he goes above and beyond for you. He understands and knows what his talking about and provides the service that you need and requires for your individual pain, and he listens to you. I had Farah help me get back into shape after a back injury. He couldn’t have been any better. Great guy that really knows his stuff and knows how to push you and reinforce that you can get there with a bit of guidance and motivation. I would 100% recommend Farah if anyone was looking for an excise physiologist. I can’t believe the difference in myself after only a 4-5 weeks at 2 half hour sessions a week.
