Really poor customer service and fees were just a bit much considering the issue wasn't really addressed.Brought in a computer to be fixed, was having battery issues and was hoping to have it replaced. Was immediately berated for the poor condition of the computer (have had it for around 5 years, used it every day for school and never had the money to fix it.) Felt very bad about it already (I have quite severe anxiety about these things), so this didn't help. Also inappropriate to tell a customer.Received it and the battery was at poor function but wasn't replaced, even though I had hoped for it to be, and was told *again* that it was in bad condition, and I should treat it with more respect. I work with second and electronics frequently and would NEVER make a comment like this. It does not fix the problem and only serves to make the customer feel ashamed, and it's absolutely no one's business. If it was irreparable and the condition was a part of that, fine. But telling someone they don't respect their property and that was, quote, 'in the top 5% of most beat up computers they've seen' is insanely rude and completely uncalled for.Not everyone can afford an expensive laptop *and* to have it fixed frequently so to imply that I'm negligent rather than a 19 year old in my first job is just ignorant.I can say it was up-charged, I'm not an expert but considering my only advice was replace it, I think the money was a waste.Have the day you deserve

I always attempt to shop local and in 2017, I had Rohan build a machine and haven't been disappointed. Always willing to help. Yes, products are services may be cheaper elsewhere or online, however I choose to support local businesses.

I was really disappointed with the service I received here. My laptop was not repaired on the date I was told it would be done, as other jobs were prioritised over mine. When I tried to ask why no one had called to let me know, I was treated quite rudely. I was repeatedly told that my laptop was not a priority if I was out of town, even though I was told it would be done within 2 weeks and it had now been 3. When I questioned why the job hadn't been done staff tried to blame me by saying that I was out of town, and that by calling I was interfering with their productivity (despite the fact that my laptop was in for 3 weeks, during which I called 3 times).I would avoid this business, not because the repair took longer than promised, but due to the appalling customer service. I always try to be understanding as I work in customer service myself, but there is no excuse for being this rude to a paying customer.

Meant to open at 8am, it’s now 8.37am and not a sign of opening. Went somewhere else.

I went to buy a case from them, where I found out that the price listed on their website was incorrect, as it was for a similar product. Instead of charging the full amount, they only charged me for the listed price, even though they were in their right not to. Would recommend if you need PC parts quickly.

Went in to purchase an ssd that was advertised for $65 on their website. When I arrived I had asked for the $65 one as it was for my partner, I was told that they didn’t have any for that price only for $175 so I ended up leaving. Later that day my partner went in to see if they had any because it did say they had $65 ssd’s on their website, when he asked for ssd’s the guy turned around and said I have them all here INCLUDING the $65 one. Definitely will not be spending any more money there, all they care about is money not their customers!! Honestly disgusting behaviour.

Every time I've shopped here they've ripped me off in some manor. I only get greedy vibes from the staff save for one lady I often see at the desk. Most recent example is wanting to get a 1050ti after my 770 bricked on me. Obviously wanting it sooner I went to a local store. Explained that I wanted the gigabyte 1050ti at the advertised price of $250 (at the time) but they only had the Galax variant and the man still charging me for the price (Currently about 20% difference in cost) of the gigabyte card saying They're all the same anyway" which even at the time I knew wasn't true and I even raised that with him and that nowhere else would you find a gigabyte card charged the same price as a Galax equivalent. Even offering to wait it out a little while until they had the Gigabyte card I wanted in he pushed harder for me to purchase the Galax card. In the end not having any choice I stupidly purchased the card. Lo and behold this thing has been nightmarish since I got it
