The team at Metro Glass done a fantastic job with my place, The staff were friendly and the work carried out was done within agreed time. Couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again in the future.

The shower screen we had installed was either shoddy or poorly installed or both. It leaked badly. Staff were unresponsive and rude. I was made to wait for 2 hours and 15 minutes without explanation or apology after the agreed time for a promised third visit to fix it. Nobody had the courtesy to advise me of revised arrangements. Many calls and texts were not returned. The only eventual explanation was that we are very busy"! Perhaps if they got it right first time they would be less busy. Still leaking after the third attempt and eventually it was fixed by having someone else reinstall it."

This company is amazing the customer service is impeccable and there prices are great they did my shop windows and doors. We dealt with the co-owner Nev who was great at providing all of our needs properly. Definitely reccommend this company for all your glazing needs.

Metro Glass did an absolutely superb job on my shower glass they fitted! i have had no problems what so ever with it, and Neville who worked on it was a delight to have in my home.
