Terrible business !Don’t take their promises seriously, not even as a reference!1 day for quotation, turned out to be 28 days for an incomplete quotationMOQ was 500, turned out to be 1000-1500Also $1400 front cost is hidden !The time wasted on it, enough to get an order from overseas.

The most unethical, unfair, and unprofessional business in Australia. After being their customers for over a year, they sent us defective products for the last two orders. When complained, after spending a huge amount of time and energy, it took them over a month to correct their mistake. For the last order, a similar problem happened and when we complained, they ceased trading with us instead of correcting their mistake. After complaining to Business Victoria, we managed to get the refund for the order. However, they refuse to refund over $3000 we had paid to set up the plates (which only can be used by Abbe). This caused our business a massive damage and loosing customers.

Quality of work is not good and Michael is very abusive towards his workers and he threatens them as well

Used to be spotless the buildings and grounds but since this group have been here, dirty and filthy. Worse from the street view. Avoid.

Would not order from abbe for one. the don't give a dam about the customers. let alone their own staff. they do the most dodgy production and as well as the most dodgiest line quality there has been so many returns and complaints about the product produced and sent to customersas well as ink runs on boxes and wrong stampings as well as the production manager Michael doesn't care about the quality you receive just cares about the money he makes the company big warning I would not recommend this company to anyone' at all

Our communication with Abbe has been unreliable from the start. Boxes took months to arrive, and then they were the wrong size. Abbe have not been accomodating with us to resolve the issue, instead they are saying there is nothing left they can do. I feel really sad about this exchange and will certainly not be using them in the future.
