Booked a job with reference number for the order they were picking up.They delivered the wrong part to us for the wrong business. Completely different address.When told it was not for us they took the part to deliver it to the correct address. We then got a call asking why we did not accept the goods and that they would be charging us to have it delivered to the other address.The driver ended up dropping the wrong goods back to us and said it was our problem and charged us extra for redelivery.I never recieved the goods I had booked the job for and they still charged me for the Job.They never took responsibility for the mistake and blamed everyone else but themselves.

They have not always met their standard or VIP service obligations. Twice in two months I have had to bring this to their attention, and I am not a big courier user.A lot of their charges look very dubious. Their premium service is 4x standard yet it often appears to be 6x - 8x.Their increase for standard service over just 18 months ago was 26%. So for VIP that would be 52% and Premium 78%!!!!I had to ask four times for a rate card.When I finally received it, the rates had astonishingly dropped. The increase for standard service from 18 months ago is now a more realistic 7%A look at the fine print on their rate card shows that the rates are only valid for a month!I am concerned with the ethics of a company that puts up rates without sending a new rate card. Who else does this?
