Totally disgusting service. These guys are meant to provide 24/7 emergency medical assistance. They absolutely don’t. I’ve just been discharged from hospital after a 12hr admission in Nicaragua. Still haven’t heard back from Allianz. When you buy / get travel insurance through other companies, check to see who underwrites the policy. If it’s Allianz, don’t bother.

Your driver with rego number BRA200 @ 12.21 26/10 sped right up behind me once I had already safely changed lanes .. he tailgated me until he could take over doing the finger to me.. VERY unprofessional and dangerous, shocked you’d have some one working for you with such disregard for others in the road and your company. NOT A GOOD LOOK

On a previous holiday, my travel insurance used Allianz (formerly Mondial) as the assistance component, and I almost died because of their incompetence. Avoid if you value your life, because they don't.

Impossible to get a hold of via phone or email. Started a claim for a motor vehicle incident and have had no support or contact for over 3 weeks. Worst insurance I have dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and go with NRMA.

I was charged for someone else's policy. I have never been with Allianz for car insurance, nor will I ever be. They have made me jump through hoop after hoop just trying to get my money back after they unlawfully charged my account. The complaints department is a joke. I've been left in the red ahead of the weekend and have to access my savings just to pay for food because they have fraudulently taken money from my account and won't pay it back. I don't see why they can't just refund my account and contact the policy holder.

So so so bad. Do yourself a favour and pick another insurance. They don’t do what they they say they will. The app never works, claims take months to be taken care of. The process is always delayed for one reason or another. Bunch of gangsters and you, the customer will suffer from it. Stay clear.

I got the most awful lady on the phone today. I work in a call Center and I know good phone etiquette and customer service skills. This lady was so apathetic and disinterested. She just read off a script when she found out I didn’t have a policy she was just the most rude phone operator ever. Totally don’t recommend.

Worst insurance cover, started calling 9am in the morning for almost an hour and to close the account, every time just one thing they telling is, they already reached the capacity of calls and cut the call if you are an existing member but get connected if you are querying about new policy, when said talking about existing member again put on hold to transfer the call and again same thing and cut the call.No stars at all..
