Very unimpressed. Advertised as open on UberEats and when the order was cancelled I was giving that particular item was unavailable. So I ordered again and got the same thing on a different product. After looking into it finding out they are in fact closed today I now have to 10 business days for my refunds of over $60 all because the company won’t adjust their opening hours on UberEats.

I ordered a regular shake, but it ended up getting a small shake... The staff from Hoyts cinema only said she charged me the small one, and bc I was in a hurry, so I said Nevermind." And she seemed that she didn't want to fix the issue

You can't go wrong if you love chocolate and has a sweet tooth. Their ice-creams are more like a full dessert. Really like it particularly.

Got my brownie and pint of ice cream for my at home movie, excellent customer service and great products. Would like to thank Lexi and Riley for being so cheery even though the weather outside is gloomy.

one month ago we had the best ice cream and movie. the the guy served us was the manager and he was the most helpful and best customer service ever. I'm professional in hospitality and I would give him 6 stars.

There's nothing like a proper waffle cone yo hold an ice cream. I'm a plain milk chocolate ice cream kind of girl and the nice well mannered boy helped me pick the closest fancy flavour to that. Do don't be afraid to ask for recommendations! And DEFINITELY CHOOSE THE WAFFLE CONE. Lol. I like supporting ice cream sgops because there's just not enough left and packet waffle cones can't live up to fresh!

To get Ben and Jerry ice cream we travelled 30 minutes and visited this restaurant today but staff and manager were totally misbehaved, close the shop already before closing time and denied to serve. Manager was totally rude and told us “I don’t know who own this shop and who handle this page.We left totally disappointed.

I normally buy Ben & Jerry's but not anymore. Went to Coles, New Farm, QLD, on 25 August 2018. Was headed toward the fridge to pick a tab of B&J. There was a representative of this company giving sample of their latest dairy free ice cream. The lady was extremely freindly to everyone before us telling them about the new product. As soon as my partner and I approached her, she didn't greet, didn't smile, didn't tell us anything about the product, slapped a tiny amount of ice cream (compared to what others got) and turned arround to greet the people behind us, smiling and telling them about the product. Only difference between others and us were our skin colour - we being brown. This company should really see what's made them money....chocolate and seriously get over this wealth assumption based on skin colour.
