Extremely slow at getting the product from inside their warehouse. Waited at least 30 minutes from taking the paper work into the front office to receiving the item in the car park. Not sure what they were doing inside. Couldn’t find anyone once they had “disappeared”. Very unhappy with the wait time especially when we were the only customers at the place at the time.
