I have never actually stepped into the One Agency office at Vincentia but I have always found those I speak with via the phone and through emails to be friendly, courteous and professional.I have been dealing with Kaitlyn Noske since little after a week from when she started in her current position.Kaitlyn is a real pleasure to deal with, a true professional and a credit to herself and One Agency. I have always found Kaitlyn to be friendly, honest, timely with replies to queries and returning calls, understanding and has an attention to detail. In my opinion she's a 'keeper', a valuable asset to the agency.

We have been quite happy with their operations and appreciate that they are pro-active with keeping us updated on all matters related to our property. Rental payments have never been late and all enquiries are answered very promptly. Our property manager, Ashlie is wonderful and communicates with a positive attitude in helping find a solution to for all parties.

I rented a private rental through One Agency for just over a year. In that time they were very quick at rectifying any problems that I found with the property. The house inspections were quick and painless, and my property manager was wonderful to deal with.Renting is hard enough, but Kristieanne from One Agency made it as painless as it could possibly be. I have no problem recommending Kristieanne as a property manager, and One Agency, Huskisson as a fantastic firm to deal with.
