I have been seeing Ally for years for Bowen therapy. It is truly amazing how it works, she has been able to cure pain that I lived with for years. I would recommend everyone give it a go because it's hard to put into words!I have also attended IRest classes and have been amazed at the level of relaxation, especially for someone like me with a very active mind. IRest classes also translate well in online delivery, all the relaxation in the comfort of your own home.10/10 would recommend!

I have recently started working with Allison. The first Bown session she worked with me on my breathing and tension. I have had problems breathing for as long as I can remember, it caused panic attacks, and when I lay on my back to meditate, I could not breathe, I felt like I had a weight on my chest. That all changed in one session. I now regularly lay on my back and meditate without a problem. It has also had a definite effect on my feeling of fitness. I no longer struggle to catch my breath when I exercise. But the most positive impact is that my mood has significantly improved. I feel much lighter and not so panicked all the time. My feeling of optimism has also dramatically improved.

Allison worked with me through a very traumatic and difficult period. Her love and presence and her skills as a Havening instructor helped me to be empowered and the best version of myself through a difficult experience. I loved the power of Havening and with Ally's skill and huge heart it was incredibly powerful. Thank you!
