Flash Couriers Sydney

I needed a last minute courier and flash couriers were one of the companies that came up from a Google search. They were not the first company I contacted but on speaking with Jade, I knew they were going to deliver! They picked up my parcel within the half hour and had it delivered to its destination ahead of the ETA.Excellent customer service - Jade was great - so helpful, friendly and efficient! I Will definitely be using their services again!

I have relied on Flash Couriers for a number of years and can't reccomed them highly enough. From the team in the office to the drivers on the roads they are exceptionally professional, friendly and absolutely nothing is to hard! They have made the impossible happen in very tight time frames to remote locations multiple times in what is always an effotless transaction. I am an Office Manager.I always had issues with courier companies before finding Flash Couriers. The offer such a fast reliable service with the help and support of such a nice family. Supporting Australian businesses to me is so important and any company that i end up moving to I always change the courier supplier to Flash. I have never had an issue with them and over 3 years that is pretty amazing! Denise cracks me up on the phone and Jade and Kaysha always help me with any special overseas items. Our company has been using Flash for 6+ years and they have always been so helpful with all of our requests. The team are always eager to go above and beyond in fulfilling our courier needs and they never seem to let us down!

I have been using Flash for 4 years now and would not move if I was paid. Couriers have a raw deal with having to cope with poor traffic and weather conditions at the best of times. I personally think that people's expectations are a bit over the top. I bet the vast majority of the people who are complaining are not loyal customers and have unrealistic expectations. Considering I have used them at 2 different companies on up to 5 couriers daily and have had nothing but friendly dealings with them. Their team are extremely responsive and friendly. You get what you give!

Even though I currently don’t utilise Flash Couriers under my current employment and company. I have used Flash for a number of years, and they are genuinely one of the nicest family run and owned companies I have come across! Keep up the solid work guys!

UPDATE 24 MAY 2019: Can I give 6 stars? You guys have gone over & above for me today - super awesome service when Toll logistics let me down. I love dealing with the smaller, family owned businesses who actually give a damn & can be nimble & responsive in an emergency. Thanks again guys xxI've been using Flash for the past 7 years, when they were recommended to my by another supplier. Navigating increasingly busy Sydney traffic isn't easy, however I can count on one hand the number of times they've let me down. As a family business, they actually give a damn & go out of their way to resolve customer issues, unlike the big guys who I find increasingly couldn't give a damn. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. A big recommendation from me.
