When Dougal heard my meter was running but no taps on, he sent Matthew round pretty quickly. Terrific diagnosis of an underground broken pipe in an almost inaccessible spot. Excellent repair in under 3 hours. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Dougal supplied and installed a Saniflow pump for our downstairs bathroom. He was easy to deal with, informative, punctual and left no mess behind. He also repaired an urgent leak that had occurred the night before unrelated to the quoted job. Will definitely be using his services for our renovation next year.

Dougal and Matt have been our plumbers for 10+ years repairing everything from hot water services, burst hoses, drainage and sewerage blockages. We would highly recommend them. They have problem solved our sewerage blockage again today at short notice avoiding a potentially smelly and messy weekend. Thank you as usual!

Dickson Plumbing (Matt) was able to resolve water service issue simply and quickly and solved internal wall leak quickly and efficiently. Did the simple and effective fixes that worked and meant cost very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Dougal has been looking after us for at least 11 years and in all that time he has been extremely efficient and not only that he has always come promptly and has resolved any issues that we have had with our plumbing - what I like very much is that he will take the time to explain what he has done and what has caused the problem. If anybody asks me to recommend someone when they have a plumbing issue I recommend Dougal.
