Pat McGill did a fantastic job for us in East Fremantle and was always a pleasure to deal with.Ours was small but complicated job blending an older heritage listed building with a modern addition.We couldn’t be happier with the results. Pat handled problems with clever economical (eco friendly) solutions.As project manager he maintained excellent relationships with our architect, the Council and numerous contractors so that works proceeded without delay. He and his offsider Oscar were a great team.We are retired and lived in our home while the work was done. Pat took care to insulate us from noise and dust. Minimal Rubbish was always removed promptly.Pat was reliable, friendly and generous with his time. He was always ready discuss questions as they arose.The work came in under budget and was beautifully finished to the last detail.
