I was actually really impressed with Brands direct online. We ordered a very large lighted mirror that was received in perfect condition. It arrived within two weeks of the order, which surprised me because of the size of the item I thought it would take much longer. I was pleased with the customer service, prompt responses, quick shipping, and excellent prices. This is the only order that I have made through this company and so far I think they are great.

If you all thought that Santa could meet his deadlines, I have to say that Brands Direct went above and beyond anything I have seen from an on-line ordering service.How? Well I actually received a phone call. Yes… you heard me. My phone rang and I was given the opportunity to speak to an actual person. To hear her voice and have conversation. Her name was Sylvia. She immediately put my mind at ease, made me feel like I was an important customer and that my order was important to Brands Direct. She was like one of Santa’s elves sent out to check on my delivery dates, and guess what… Brands Direct delivered on their word. I was so impressed and still am impressed. So if you feel nervous like me… don’t be. You can TRUST Brands Direct.

After advertising that they had stock available online, I purchased a cooktop product and upon payment was notified 2 weeks later that they were out of stock and had to order more from overseas. They then said they have a new policy about cancelling orders if they are not dispatched within 10 business days and so they refunded me the money and said if I wanted my order to be filled, I would have to purchase it again directly from their website. Upon further communication with the company, they advised me they would refund me the shipping cost. To be fair, their communication was good along the whole process which was a positive.

Had some queries on the wall diverter and gave them a call. Emma assisted me beyond expectations. Besides providing me with the answer I need, she went above and beyond and assisted me with stock availability, shipping, and even reminded me to use the discount code. She did it all without any hard selling but genuinely trying to resolve my queries. Even though this will be my first purchase with them, their professional conduct gives me confidence in doing business with them. Highly recommended.

I am so impressed by the level of service by Brands Direct Online. I sent them a list of their products for our new home, to check on shipping, and they promptly organised the invoice and couriers and the price of the products and to get them all the way to Tassie was unmatchable by anyone locally. The range of products is fantastic, they had everything I had carefully researched online, and all in stock. Extremely carefully wrapped for delivery and amazing after-sale service with constant updates to ensure my delivery made it safely. I dealt with at least 4 staff and every single one was extremely helpful, efficient and effective. Will definitely be checking Brands Direct Online first for any other items needed for our new home.

Had a wonderful experience with a rush order for a tap that we needed for our build! Special shout out to Janelle who did some fast problem solving for us over the phone and offered solutions to get us exactly what we needed. In the end, the order was delivered faster than expected, the tap was of amazing quality and there was fantastic communication throughout! Whilst renovating my bathroom, I have had to deal with many different companies when buying the products I need. Brands Direct Online have given me the best service every time.
