This is the worst chemist ever. I had to wait for 45minutes before they let me know they don’t have one of the medications on my prescription. No remorse, no apology. Some of the staffs were even laughing while i was voicing my concern. If you have an option, avoid this useless racial place.

I was previously always going to their major competitor in Airport West but I was after a travel vaccine and their competitor said they were out of stock. I rang around a few different chemist and this was the only one who could order something in and able to receive it on a Saturday too!I have been here a few times and they are so much better than their competitors. Previously I would have to wait so long to collect a script only to be forgotten about and then have to go up and ask and then wait again. Here my scripts came quickly and I was even checked up on to ensure I wasn’t forgotten. I’ve even forgotten to collect the invoice from months ago and they were happy and quick to print it out for me.They always serve with a smile and are friendly.This will be my new local chemist. Thank you!

Needed cold and flu medicine that is safe to use when breastfeeding, was told I needed to speak to the pharmacist, all good with that. Proceeded to wait for approx 45 mins and he refused to speak with me, even when I was the only person in the pharmacy. I left with our any medication, so thanks pharmacist

I obtained a script for antidepressants and walked in to have it filled. When i went to check out they couldnt find a price. After much of to and fo and mucking around they got it. I paid and left, only to find that the script was missing from the bag! Had to wait until next day to pick up. Not even a phone call to say they had it and no apology for their mistake! Will never ever go back there again!!!!

For many years I have had nothing but top quality service at DCO Gladstone Park!! The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. I admire all of them for their hard work and resilience during COVID. They all go above and beyond to assist you with whatever you need. Also I am loving the new electronic script system which has made it super easy for me whenever I need a script filled.

i have been coming to this pharmacy for a couple of years now and have always had an amazing experience from all the friendly staff and management .Excellent customer service by all and always greet with a smile.Helped me with all my scripts for my whole family and are reasonable priced , very happy customer here :)
