Took my 4 year olds here, the staff were lovely and fantastic with my kids. Made the experience fun, definitely recommend.

Julie was absolutely great with my son today, she seemed as she had alot of knowledge and was well organised. My son was very comfortable and happy interacting with Julie throughout his hearing test.

Well presented rooms including reception and staff who is welcoming and thorough. Plenty of on-site parking. Waiting rooms renovated and spacious. Audiology office also well presented with very nice chairs lighting and equipment. The audiologist makes sure you feel at ease and explains carefully every step of the process. The test is clear and concise and a brief summary of your progress is given along with report able to be sent via email as well as to GP’s and Specialist. Very friendly and you are put at ease immediately with options regarding who gets a copy. Highly recommend the location and location. Big thank you to all staff.
