Went in today inquiring about glasshouse caramel vanilla candles the woman who does the orders was rude said she placed an order on Monday and that are hard to get apparently l should have noticed 6 fragrances were unavailable was made to feel stupid Maria took my details to let me know when they arrive. I have purchased items before but have never been treated like l was today seriously thinking about never shopping there again.

Heard that Bulmers Gifts compares well with similar shops in Melbourne, but after my first time there, I think Bulmers actually shows them all up! Bairnsdale is so fortunate to be blessed with this beautiful shop's selection of gifts and things for the kitchen. With so much to choose from, I still found just what I wanted, all thanks to the wonderful team there!

Although on this trip to Bairnsdale I had not a cent to spare, the staff at Bulmers were friendly, warm and welcoming. They didn't mind my browsing and taking photos of their glorious colourful stock and I will be stopping to buy on my next trip to NSW.

Walked in with my husband, we were looking at the essential oils that are only a few metres from the counter where two staff were chatting, we looked around the shop for another 5-10 mins, we were not acknowledged or greeted at all. I had every intention of making a purchase (probably more than 1) but left empty handed as I felt as though they could not be bothered with us, but were happy to greet others that entered after us.I love the items in this shop but the service is hard to gauge since we didn't get any...
