My deserts settled" according to the manager and the disgusting MRM nuggets replaced the REAL chicken pieces i ordered. Apparently customers don't like the chicken pieces

Usually good except when ice-cream machine's frequently not working but had already ordered & paid in the app 15 mins beforehand then they try give you 2 mini trumpets instead of a storm & a frozen bubble drink in place of a $4.95 thickshake. Ended up cancelling entire order at drive through as got too complicated.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by a very friendly young lady by the name of Brittany. Britt is on her badge. Firstly Britt was extremely pleasant and understanding when I asked a question about the meal I wanted to order. I did ask to pick up the desert part later. After finishing the main part of the meal, I walked to the counter. As soon as I arrived Britt said O will get your desert. It was a chocolate Sundae. Because they made it earlier and it was put on a freezer, Britt offered to remake it fresh. It is so nice to see that young people today can have respect in their job and for the customer. I have been a manager in different jobs during my working career. Good service, or a great work ethic needs to be mentioned. it is not as common as it once was. I am not down this way as often but after the incredible service I received, I intend to come back soon. Thanks Brittany for a wonderful experience.

Very unfriendly brunette with a bit of acne who looked to be a little higher up not sure if she was a manager. I tried to walk through the drive through and order since it was about 1 am in the day. I had done this last week no problem. Spoke to me in a tone as if I was stupid. Then I heard them gossiping about me afterwards. Not very good customer service making a customer look stupid. It seemed they were quite slow too since the line of cars moved super slowly. You can't make customers feel stupid like that. Honestly, I don't know if she was having a bad day but still, you can't take it out on someone else and make fun of them.

Staff are arrogant and slow.Meals are always missing items or we get burgers missing fillings or are just not what we ordered at all.The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is that the meals are always hot and fresh.This store really needs new management! HJs at Calamvale are way better!

Just had to throw the food out when I got home. Waste of time and money. Won't be coming back again but I daresay only the owners will care as the staff clearly do not.

Went through drive through and was told to park, there is no longer a designated spot for park up so found a spot close to entrance and waited for staff to come out, when they brought out the food told us we have to park in the (only) disabled parking space in the future which i will not do. There is a spot (which used to be the waiting spot) but they have blocked it with a bollard

I ordered at home via the app as usual, my brother drives there to pick it up. When he gets there, they tell him that the device that placed the order must be in the restaurant for the order to show up on their system, despite my phone saying it was ready.I drive there, walk in, and it's on the counter waiting for me. This is the usual way it goes for me. But how? I thought I had to be in the restaurant for it to go through? I'd only exited the motorway less than 45 seconds ago, so how could they have made, bagged and put my order on the shelf behind the counter and my drinks have condensation dripping down them in the 15 seconds it took me to walk from my car?Who did you lie to? Me or my brother? Either way that's terrible service. I order online to avoid the nearly 10 minute wait in your drive-through, and this is what I get instead?
