I had an extremely disappointing experience with a service provider. Firstly, I did not receive the expected amount of tax return, and when I attempted to contact Mr. Pramod Dhakal to discuss the issue, he did not respond or respond adequately. After searching through their entire website and calling every number, I was finally able to reach them. They asked me to fill out a form, which I promptly did, but I never received a response from them. Eventually, I gave up.Secondly, I encountered issues with my myGov account. I was unable to access it and needed several documents while I was outside of Australia. When I called for assistance, they answered and promised to help, but I was left waiting with no further response.Never going to them again! Just a waste of time.

He worked very peacefully and calm during the process of my tax return with a reasonable price. I will come back again.
