I believe starting to be aware of mindfulness while young will only benefit my children in future. Enza is a very positive and good teacher and we enjoy our Friday classes every week. 30 - 60 minutes off calming the mind after a busy week at school is a great way to end the week on a positive note.

Enza is an amazing yoga teacher, who carefully and wisely pushes her students to the best of their ability. As a current student of her academy, I have seen multiple improvement and significant changes to myself compared to when I first started. I strongly recommend taking classes with her !

I think yoga and meditation is such a great skill for our kids.Enza is such a great teacher. So patient and kind with children.Prices are affordable.Highly recommend enza!!
