I got a prescription for nausea tablets and they didn't check with me my name or anything. The old lady behind the counter just put it to their paper bag and hand it to me without telling me how to take my pills. I checked the bag on my way to my car and realized, she gave me Ritalin for a complete different person ! So I had to go back, return it and get the right tablets.

Had my flu vaccination at the Pharmacy yesterday - paperwork processed by Zamil and jabber performed by Anita - so gentle and didn't even know she had finished until she smiled and said all done. Such a busy pharmacy but have always found them to be friendly, caring and happy. Congrats all - recommend them unreservedly.

Poor vaccine service - asked to sign a form saying that I understood vaccine risks. Was not given the information by staff running the clinic or staff giving the vaccine. All health care must be informed healthcare.

I have no idea why there negative reviews on here. The pharmacists and staff are amazing. We were travelling from overseas and needed medical advice the help we got was above and beyond. They were friendly and very attentive to ensure they understood my medical history so their advice was accurate. Would recommend the pharmacy to anyone living or travelling in Brisbane.

Original review from March 2018: I'm rather torn about what rating to give here. During my visit to this particular store, the manager on duty was nothing but rude. Not only was she rude to me, but she was also rude to the young woman, Joanna, who was assisting me.If I could I would give Joanna a 5 star rating for her excellent and friendly service to me that day. I honestly feel sad that she has to work under someone so nasty and pushy. I didn't get the managers name, I was so disgusted by the treatment I received and witnessed. Another one of Joanna's coworkers was pretty snappy as well. I left the store empty handed that day and don't plan on returning ever again.I sincerely hope that the employees I encountered at this pharmacy can gain more insight on proper customer service and team work with one another as well. Best of luck.

Staff are lovely but if you book in for a vaccine be prepared to wait for over an hour. If you wanting to be in and out...don't go here. Keep the next hour free

Only been here a few times, was generally good service. Only two stars due to having elderly ladies push in front of me on different visits, and both times the lady at the counter didn't say anything to them about it. Like, I get they're probably in a rush because they have less time on this planet left than I do, but that's just rude.

Trevor and his team are great. Really good vibes and on top of that, they had accidentally overcharged me for a script and were really understanding and refunded with no problems.
