Worst experience of my life. The disrespect was real, she showed up about 40 minutes later and refused to answer her phone. When she finally got there she advised that the person who is to do my hair is sick and that she has other appointments. The business etiquette was an absolute zero, wasted my Sunday morning and time. I would not recommend any person to go here.

Muna is a talented hairdresser with a lot of experience. I always go to her to get my hair done and it always looks amazing!She has a very kind and thoughtful personality which is refreshing. E.g. I went to get my hair straightened today (I have a broken foot & walk with crutches). Once she finished doing my hair she offered to walk me to the taxi rank with an umbrella so my hair doesn’t get wet! What an exceptional customer service experience, thank you Muna!!
