Excellent experience!!! We are down south on a family vacation and I really needed to see an osteopath. Nicola was very prompt in her booking schedule and her treatment was fantastic. She did not shy away from explaining what she was treating and giving gentle advice on what I can do from here on forwards. Nicola treated me as a regular patient, not just a city “blow in”.I can highly recommend her practice.

I started seeing Nicola after experiencing years of neck, shoulder and head aches and pain. After a few months of visits I was pleasantly surprised with how my body reacted to Nicola's expert treatment. I find Nicola to be a very effective practitioner of Osteopathy and she is incredibly flexible in her approach. I have recommended Nicola's treatment to others and will continue to do so.

Arise Osteopathy is such a warm and welcoming environment. Nicola listened to what had to say and then also listened to what my body had to say = amazing results! Nicola works intuitively, using her thorough knowledge and skill base to ensure progress is made towards agreed goals. Her treatment is gentle and effective and she has certainly helped me gain better movement, less pain and better body function overall. Nicola is fantastic! I started to see her in my third trimester and even after only two sessions I felt so much better! My back pain was basically gone and I was much more mobile. In the lead up to the birth of my baby I've seen her fortnightly and now weekly to make sure I am in the best condition. It helps me so much and after every treatment I leave relaxed and energised. I will definetely continue seeing her after the birth and can only highly recommend her!
