After being told Tuesday at the latest, I turned up as their phone goes unanswered. The guy had no idea what I was talking about. Once he found my phone we realised there had been no attempts to even order the part. He promised the next day. Again had to go in as they don't answer the phone. My husband was told by 5pm Wednesday, It is now Thursday I am just getting ready to go to bateau bay village again to pick up my phone and my deposit. I don't like lying. It is unprofessional and I have been put out of my way too many times just trying to get in contact with them. DON'T LIE!!!! ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND ACT LIKE A BUSINESS!!! I'm not feeling bad when I come in today expect an unhappy customer!

Went down there before in Dec 2022 to replace the front glass of my Nokia 5.3 mob phone the glass was replaced that lasted till Christmas day cracked and had nothing in my pocket plus it was covered by the plastic case took it back again glass was replaced in Jan few weeks back yesterday on my way home from work 27th Jan was in plastic cover on the left hand side of the phone glass small crack again? Had nothing that would crack the glass just started to lasted few weeks should get some refund but as they say once bitten twice shy Decided will post in product review so everyone can see not to take your mob phone there to get replaced

Went to have a screen replaced on a Samsung S9+. The lady didn't tell me up front that she didn't have the same colour screen until after fitment, stung me $390 and now the rear cover doesn't sit tight meaning the phone is no longer waterproof. Told me to leave the phone taped together for a couple of hours and it will be ok. Completely unsatisfactory job.

Had my phone fixed here! Very friendly and patient service. Phone was fixed quickly. Was considerably cheaper then other repair shop in Bay Village.
