My friends and I are moving out on our own and we went in today to look at some potential beds and were met with the utmost disrespect. A staff member greeted us and asked if we needed help and said we were just browsing. They then proceeded to watch us the entire time whilst glaring at us. Another staff member then approached us again asking if we were “right” and we said we were and then said “are you even planning on buying anything”. Insinuating that we were messing around my friend then stated that we were looking for beds as we were moving out and she looked at us in disgust and walked away in silence. As we continued shopping we could see them all whispering and talking about us, she then came back sat on the beds with her arms crossed and just watched us the entire time not saying anything. We then felt so intimidated that we felt we had to leave. Never ever will I be purchasing from forty winks.

I was on my way camping and after some distance from home realised I had forgot my pillows.. not wanting to turn back or sleep with no pillows I stopped into Forty Winks Echuca to get a few cheap pillows.. after explaining my predicament Ana (I think that was her name) was super helpful and sold me 3 pillows at a price that didnt break the bank.. was able to get an awesome couple of nights sleep and saved my neck. Will highly recommend visiting this store.. 10 out of 10
