Really disappointed at the experience I had here some weeks ago. What is the purpose of stating on the new client form that you have a fear of the dentist, if the dentist does not show compassion towards the patient when they’re in distress? The dentist I saw was forcing some mouth type guard thing into the back of my jaw and after 4-5 tries, each time I told her she is hurting me and it clearly does not fit. On the sixth try, she grabbed a children’s size and this fit. I told her my mouth was bleeding slightly from where the first guard scratched me. I began crying from the anxiety of being at the dentist and being forced to put this object into my mouth several times that was causing me pain, with no compassion. It wasn’t until the dentists assistant gave me a tissue and a cup of water that I felt a little better. I’m not sure if the dentist I saw was having a bad day.. but after not seeing a dentist for several years and building up the courage to see one for a check up that single experience made me leave in absolute tears. I will not be returning and do not recommend going to this dentist. Jones Dental in my opinion is much more kind and professional.

The dentist whom i have been seeing is a fantastic lady Dentist whom i would recommend to anyone. Ive always beed afraid of dentists , she put me at ease from the beginning. She always made sure i was not in any pain during any procedures and explained everything she was doing .The team at Pacific Smiles Corrimal have been consistently checking up on me after dental surgery, love the team there .

Today I conquered my fear and went to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned after 6 years after a traumatic experience back in Adelaide and turns out I was being scammed after today’s appointment. I was absolutely scared and cried when I got into the room. The dentist I had today was absolutely amazing sadly shes only a locum dentist but she really was so amazing I would’ve loved to have her again. She explained everything she was doing step by step and went into great detail when explaining things and gave me great advice also she was gentle and the service was pain free.I can confidently say I will be back and left with a smile :) Thankyou Pacific Smiles Corrimal for making me not scared anymore!
