Queuing system is terrible. If you leave a prescription to be filled, they only get to it when you are in store and waiting. If you use the electronic app system, they also will not fill it till you are in store waiting. Basically there is no possible way to fill a prescription without standing and waiting for it. Ridiculous!

Fabulous staff always try harder to provide a great interaction with their customersfor the best result. I was contacted about an item on my online order that was delayed to ensure that I was not in need of the medication immediately. If I had been, they would have sourced it elsewhere for me.

I've never had a bad experience with my local Priceline. There used to be a bit of a wait for a prescription, but I haven't experienced that for awhile, and you can always come back after shopping at Woolies. Everyone is pleasant, professional and helpful, especially John the pharmacist.

The pharmacy staff were very understanding and patient with me after i stuffed up which script I needed, and the people at the front counter on the shop floor are always speedy and welcoming

Over the past 2 days Priceline Menai has been super helpful with our escripts and customer service. Its been an absolute pleasure - this is our new chemist . Great job Liam today and the lady on the phone yesterday in the pharmacy.

Stay away from the Menai Priceline store! My sister and I were treated so badly and poorly at the Menai store that I can’t help it but write this review. My sister had purchased a wrist bandage for my mother, and had realised after bringing it home, that she had grabbed the wrong measurement/size. The package was unopened and unused, so logically, she went to revisit the store for a size exchange or refund. An employee named JOHN, and his BOSS refused to accept return of the item, with the reason being that there was a scent of acetone emanating from the box - please note, Priceline also sell acetone bottles so their basis of refusal was definitely unreasonable. The owner of the store has made my sister come back several times to solve a simple matter that could have been handled in 2 mins; he has even asked her to come back at 4:30 then had her wait there until 5:15 before she was told by staff that he had already left for the day. He had also accused my sister of being a liar, claiming that she didn't purchase the bandage from his store despite the receipt - the literal proof of purchase being presented.At this point, my sister was understandable upset, so I offered to deal with this in her place, looked up the Priceline returns/exchange policy and visited the store. I spoke to John whom claimed that the T&Cs are not applicable to the kenai store as it was a separate franchise which adheres to it's own policies and was not owned by Priceline. When I further expressed my concerns over their unreasonable behaviour, John started mocking my body language and imitating my hand movements. At this point, I was more than frustrated and began to raise my voice, which prompted him to call security to escort me away!He told security to take me away and to note that I had been banned from entering this store again. Furthermore, he even threatened me, saying that if I came near the store again, there would be consequences!This is the behaviour and professionalism of a high pharmacist/store manager. Please take your money somewhere else so you can enjoy the real benefits if you ever needed an exchange/refund avoid the horrible experience my sister and I suffered.

My daughter had sore ears/ earrings and I came seeking advice. They removed my daughters earrings (which was quite a dramatic event) and told us what cream to buy, how often to use and advised when we should put her earrings back in. It was wonderful to get sound advice and their experience in this matter turned what was a very stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you Priceline Menai.

Just had one of the best experiences walking into this particular store, once entering I was asked if I needed any help, I was directed to the isle and exact location of what I was after, then no more than 20 seconds passed I was asked by another employee if I needed help, another 2 times in the next 2 minutes I was asked if I needed any help by other employees of the store, one being the manager, extremely professional and really helpful. All round great experience, it's a good feeling knowing you don't have to ask for help in this friendly pharmacy

This is a great Priceline store, I purchased a perfume from here,while I was in Sydney on holidays,i got home to Perth and it stopped working, so I called the store and they organized a replacement at my local store for me.Excellent service at this store.
