If a company needs to train their staff for customer service, then tressider would be at the top of this list. We have a claim there for the past 6 months and Dion never has the time to attend to our matter. Casey has just got no manners and has no customer service. Our car is damaged and they cannot do anything nor can approve our quotes. The incident happened on the 26th of Jan and we are now in June, nearly 5 months of them just sitting on this matter. If you do not have competent staff, consider hiring the right people for your company.
