A little unstructured (in comparism to Geman Pharmacies). It were 3 customers there. One girl tried to handle them all at the same time. They don't know where ordered medicine is, they are looking around very planless until they find it randomly.But OK, they ordered the right medicine and gave me a call when it was there...
