Very unpleasant experience. Be VERY CAREFUL!Bought garden scissors to trim garden roses but the blade got damaged in the first use. We all know that if you cut something hard the blades will crack but this one got the metal surface peeled off when cutting rose branches! The owner refused to return & refund but unwillingly exchanged one. However, she insisted that I didn’t use the scissors properly. Anyone has brain knows the surface of the reasonable blades don’t peel off even it cut something hard!

Don’t bother if you want to pay by credit card. They enforce the nonsense idea that you need to spend a minimum. The store owner confirmed that’s their antiquated store policy. Lost my business in future!
