EB Games - Warwick

Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Twice we’ve been back with the same faulty item and twice the store haven’t been prepared to exchange or refund. The store manager made me call national customer service while I was there, and I was on hold for 45 minutes. The customer service manager was prepared to offer a refund but the store manager refused to allow. Won’t be going back.

The lady that was working here today was very rude! She refused to sell my boys a game their 14 and 15yrs old. She asked my boys for ID when they said they didn't have any the lady and the male working laughed at them. The boys were not doing anything wrong they were only trying to buy a new game. I was in the hair salon in the same shopping centre. When I went in there and approached the lady about this she basically told me that my children are liers. Very disrespectful.

Please visit the hybrid eb games/ zing store next to the shopping centre entrance leading to the cinema now with more products to choose and purchase from. Big and special thank you to Lou, Meg and April for their time, efforts, and reccomendations.

Terrible service. The attendent was too busy talking on the phone (personal call) and didn't even acknowledge us (family with baby). After 5 minutes, we walked out and got the same items from big W for less. Lost 200$ worth of sales. My wife went in later and was still ignored until she managed to get the attention of another staff member.

The games are more expensive than everywhere else. They say they price match, but why wouldn't I just buy it where it's cheaper?

Just wanted to share the great experience I had at your store yesterday. We came in to pick up a pre order and whilst waiting in line. The guy behind the counter, greeted us, and was very patient with a little boy in front of us asking about pokemon cards whilst his dad was being served by the other employee. He didn't rudely ask him to move so he could serve other customers. He made sure he was polite and answered any question the little boy had. We had to wait a few minutes to be served but honestly seeing the staff member so engaging with the little kid in front, we didn't mind waiting. Wish all retailers were that great with kids.

Love the store and all the staff sometimes go twice in one day .recommend going. I think they get sick of me sometimes.
