I have been getting food from this place and their Woodridge branch for many years and never had issue with the orders. Even if I request for a slight change they happily oblige but not today. The guy at the counter Rasheed" rather had discourteous attitude and told me that I can't make any changes or it will cost this much etc. I asked if I could speak to the boss/manager as I never had issue. He said you can search on "google". I left the cafe and came to the Woodridge branch and guess what

Food was brilliant, and the restaurant itself needs a major faclift. I had chicken kebabs with salad and rice. And love the fiery green chilli sauce 10/10 restaurant atmosphere the only downfall of this score.

Food was great but meals differed from what was displayed on menu.Menu showed with chips but served with rice. I was ok with this but my son want chips and doesn't like rice. If this had been mentioned when ordering we could have ordered something else.

Absolute disappointment! The rice looked & smelled off and the carrots on kabuli rice had the worst smell probably weeks old! And the ashak what fail, dry and massive ball of pastry and it didnt look like ashak! Never ever go there if you are craving afghan food! Disgusting !!! DONT serve old foood!

Worst restaurant food I ever had in my entire life! The lamb smelled like old car engine oil and the rice seemed to be re heated for the 3rd time or something. Felt sick immediately after eating. Terrible experience.

They really need to start thinking of changing their menu's, it's the same food ever since it has been established. Also why they rarely have ashak, mantoo, bolani and fish not in stock? Also they say they have biryani on thier menu but never served it once since all the time I have been coming. But overall great food but it's getting a little bit old now changes needs to be made if they want to attract more customers.

Many items of the Menu were not available by 7pm. I did test Afghan item before from somewhere else but food quality here not so tasty, specially kabuli rice and polau not so tasty . Bunch of kids running the show . They really need authentication for each item with proper chefs for cooking.

Ordered this through Menulog and few items were missing after it got delivered to us. We just came back from our long journey holiday. We immediately contacted the restaurant directly and the young man answered and cussed so much and spoke too fast in mixture of eshays/bogan talk on the phone I barely could understand what he was saying. He wouldn’t accept giving us a full refund for the mix up and expected us to Uber to him and pick up our missing meals rofl when we already paid the delivery prior where it’s their fault for not giving us the meals we paid for. They said they’d delivered the missing items in 14 minutes but it arrived 56 minutes later. We waited a total of 2.4 and where our meals were too dry or stale and the chicken korma was an absolute mess (shown in pic).Never ordering or visiting this place again if this is how they communicate with their customers.
